Terms and conditions of your 10 year warranty 

All work is covered under a 10 year warranty which covers damages and leaks relating to work we have carried out unfortunately we can not cover storm damage and a small surcharge for materials may incur 

Please allow at least 7 working days for our team to get out and inspect any damages and 14 days to repair any damages or leaks

Please be aware that not following the steps stated above or getting a 3rd party that is not part of our team to carry out repairs on our work without our knowledge will result in your warranty being void. 

We will always stand by our warranty but please ensure that you give the time stated and follow the steps above so we can keep you guaranteed and deliver the best service possible failing to do so will result in the warranty being void.
